How To Wear It

Getting the right size is crucial for comfort and results. Here's some advice for y’all

1. Measure their waist accurately. They should use a tape measure around the narrowest part of their waist, usually just above the belly button.
2. Check your size chart. Each brand has a different sizing guide, so they should always check your specific chart.
3. If they're between sizes, it's usually a good idea to go for the larger size. The waist trainer should be snug but not too tight. Remember you do have the double bands that do make everything tighter

And Remember, a well-fitted waist trainer is much more effective and comfortable!

Beginner 4-6 hours

Semi Advanced 6-8 hours

Fully Advanced 8 -10 hours

Pro 10 - 12 hours

The important thing is to make sure your comfortable & you are not pushing your body to a unrealistic limit

I caution them to be careful, not to use one that is too tight, but allow their body to have occasional breaks from training. If they experience pain, indigestion, or other physical symptoms, they should stop immediately

How to wear the Andith We recommend starting with the bottom hook-and-eye closure on the garment, clasping them across the narrowest part of your waist. Gently work your way up the row of hooks, and finally pull the garment down over your lower abdomen once it's completely fastened.

How to wear the DB we recommend getting your correct size to start with so it can’t create a discomfort

1. Wrap the waist trainer around your midsection, aligning the top just under your bust.
2. Zip up the front zipper, starting from the bottom and moving upwards.
3. Secure the first band, ensuring it's snug but not too tight.
4. Wrap the second band around for extra compression and secure it.

Just like before, it should feel snug but not cause discomfort. If there's any pain, loosen it up a bit.
